Google will livestream its annual Performance Summit on May 24 at 9:00 a.m. PT/noon ET.
The company typically announces new research and a handful of new features for AdWords and Google Analytics during the session.
No surprise, mobile advertising and measurement will dominate much of the discussion. In a blog post, Sridhar Ramaswamy, Google senior vice president of ads and commerce, highlighted several advertiser requests he’s heard over the past year, hinting at the types of things we’ll likely be hearing more about on May 24:
- The ability for advertisers to reach more targeted audiences with universal app campaigns
- More bidding and creative control for mobile ads
- Ways to integrate data from multiple sources in order to understand the customer journey across devices, channels and contexts
